The damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible. To request a replacement, please use the contact form or call us.

We will try to replace the wrong item with no extra charge. You can request a change through the contact form or call us.

Most of our products are also available in gift box. Baskets, carpets, furniture, fixtures and mirrors can not be put in a gift box. You can choose this option on the shopping cart page (It is possible that during some periods this option is disabled for online purchases, such as during rebates).

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At deckdeco.com it is possible to make a purchase through the website as a visitor without creating a user account in the online store.
From deckdeco.com we suggest you create a user account, making it easy to buy as it saves a directory with your favorite stores.You will also have a history of orders,refunds and receipts.

The products are classified into different categories (Bedroom, Bathroom, Dining Room, Decoration, etc.) and each category in subcategories.Go to the corresponding sub-menu in the left menu to see the products it contains. There are groups of items where you can choose sizes and colors before you buy. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to locate the items.

After selecting an object, color (if any), size and quantity, you must click on the “Add to cart” to include the item in your order.

  1. Select a category you are interested in.
  2. Click on the item you are interested in and you will see its various photographs, name, reference code, description, price, color, available sizes, composition and care.
  3. Select a size and add item to basket. Then you can choose ‘Continue shopping’ or ‘Edit order’.
  4. Keep in mind that to submit your order you have two choices: you can sign up or make the purchase as a visitor.
  5. If you prefer to sign up, you’ll need to enter your personal details, billing address, shipping address and click ‘Sign In’.
  6. Choose whether you want to receive your order at our store or your home and click ‘Finish and Payment’.
  7. Choose a form of payment: Enter the details and click ‘Approve Payment’.
  8. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.

It can be sent to the address you chose (home, work, etc. – never in Mailbox) or in Deckdeco store.

If you have chosen delivery to the store, we will send you an email when your order arrives (Please come in to receive your order within 15 days). The person who arrives to pick up the package should indicate his order number and identity. (Terms of delivery in the store vary during the rebate period).

If you have chosen the delivery at home, we will send you an email confirming that the items have been sent (when your order has left the warehouse) and one with the tracking number (with a link on the courier’s website).

Yes. In the shopping cart, you can indicate whether the purchase is made by an individual or by a company. In the latter case, you will be asked to provide your tax information.

Yes, provided the packing and shipping process has not yet begun. You can request cancellation by using the contact form.

  1. Fill in the proof of purchase: Mark the square of the item you want to return and state the quantity of returning items in the “Quantity” column.
  2. Pack the products together with proof of purchase.
  3. Send your return to the return center on your own, incurring shipping costs.
